…and I’m still gonna be there, true believers!
Artist Alley October 28, 29, and 30– plus I’ll be moderating a Kickstart debate panel on Sunday at 3:30 PM!
That’s right! I’ll be a writer in artist alley at this year’s LONG BEACH COMIC EXPO on February 20th & 21st, selling and signing copies of all four IDW volumes of AMELIA COLE, THE BIGGER BANG issues 1 – 4 (plus the snazzy trade collection), and the Dark Horse NEVER ENDING trade paperback.
There’s also a cool panel that I get to participate in with the likes of Jimmy Palmiotti, Tony Donley, and Megan Hutchison! Here’s the info:
#MakeComics: The Advantages of Creator Owned Comics
Moderator: Marcus Perry
Description of Panel: Playing in others’ sandboxes is fun, but sometimes doing your own thing can be just as fulfilling. Join Jimmy Palmiotti (Painkiller Jane, Hype), Tony Donley (Albert Einstein: Time Mason), D.J. Kirkbride (Amelia Cole, Popgun Anthology from Image Comics), and Megan Hutchison (The Aurora Grimeon Stories) to talk about why creating their own work is necessary as well as rewarding. Moderated by Marcus Perry (co-creator of Albert Einstein: Time Mason and Descendant from Image Comics).
Panel date: Saturday, February 20th
Panel time: 1:30pm-2:30pm
Room name/number: Creator’s Lab, S5
Here’s a handy map for where to find team Amelia Cole (A-17/18) and friends at Emerald City Comicon!
Hello, and holy smokes it’s been too long since I’ve posted on this site! I’m surprised I still have the domain name, actually. Anyway…
AMELIA COLE writers Adam P. Knave and I will be tabling at Emerald City Comicon this year with artist Vaughn Baker. Stop by tables A-17 & A-18 to say “hi” and get the IDW Publishing AMELIA COLE trades, ARTFUL DAGGERS trade, THE BIGGER BANG issues 1 – 4, and Dark Horse Comics‘ NEVER ENDING scribbled on in permanent Sharpie!
